How Account Linking Works
Primary Method: Sign Up with Your Enrollment Email
When you enroll your child, the school adds them to the Karri system using the email address you provided. To link automatically, simply download the Karri app and sign up using the exact same email address you gave to the school during enrollment. The system will automatically link your account to your child's school profile when the email addresses match.
Fallback Method: Karri Code
If you didn't provide an email address during enrollment or the automatic linking doesn't work, you can request a Karri Code from the school. This code allows you to manually link your Karri account to your child's profile. Some students on our enrollment list have no email information, making the Karri Code the only linking option.
💡 Pro Tip: Make sure to use the exact email address you provided during enrollment when signing up. This ensures automatic linking without needing a Karri Code!

Sign Up with Your Enrollment Email
If you provided an email during enrollment: Open the Karri app and tap Sign Up. Create your account using the exact same email address you provided to the school. When the email addresses match, your account will automatically link to your child's school profile.
Critical: Use the exact email address you gave the school during enrollment. This is how Karri knows which student account to link to yours.
No email? If you didn't provide an email during enrollment, proceed to Step 3 to request a Karri Code.
Fallback: Request a Karri Code
Only if you didn't receive an email invitation: If the email was not sent or you didn't provide an email address during enrollment, request your Karri Code. We'll provide you with a Karri Code to manually link your Karri account to your child's school profile.
Note: The Karri Code is a backup method. Most parents will be automatically linked via the email invitation process.
